QB3 at UC San Francisco: Accounts and Policies for the Michael J. Homer Center for Computational Biology

All QB3 associated researchers are eligible to use the shared compute cluster. The users from the participating groups have priority for CPU cycles.

Access to the QB3 cluster is regulated through Kerberos accounts on Tom Ferrin's server, similar to the QB3 wireless access control system. Please contact an Account Facilitator to create a Kerberos account for you (that's the account for wireless). Afterwards, please contact Joshua Baker-LePain ( ) with your Kerberos user name and the name of your PI for an account on the cluster.

Users from the Surbeck Lab and the Nagarajan lab should open a RadHelp ticket for account access here.

For usage information, please consult the QB3-cluster wiki (requires account activation).
